Phew! The name of this exfoliant is quite a mouthful! This is a manual exfoliant, due to the bits in the formulation that are used to physically, or manually, scrub the skin. For more information about manual versus chemical exfoliants, check out this blog post: How to Exfoliate For Glowing Skin.  In my opinion, exfoliating is one of the best steps you can take for your skin, so finding a good scrub or enzyme is important! My Thoughts & Experience:

The best and most important aspect of any skin care product is that it contains good ingredients… this one does! I’ll talk about the first five: 1) Aloe Vera: hydrating, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial. 2) Organic Rice Powder: used to scrub 3) Decyl Glucoside: a gentle cleansing agent. 4) Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate: an emulsifier and thickener. 5) Oat Powder:  anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory.

I really like how small the exfoliating particles are in this product. They do not feel harsh on my skin when I gently scrub away the dead skin. It works especially well for me around my nose, and between my eye brows, where I tend to have dry patches.

I really don’t have any serious negatives to talk about with this product. The price point is a little high for me, but that is all a matter of perspective. ;)

Overall, I certainly recommend this product! It’d be great for just about all skin types. If you’re in the market for an exfoliator, consider this one.

my rating 5.5
